Khushi follows in the footsteps of her sister, Janhvi, in her devotion to Pilates, working with Janhvi's trainer, Namrata Purohit. "Just 2 Pilates Girls working out and enjoying their shades of purple," Purohit posted with Khushi on her own Instagram account.
Kapoor eats noodles, sandwiches, ice cream, chocolate shakes and more, according to Purohit's Instagram. "Just a few moments of madness," Purohit posted. "We love working and working out…But, we also love eating, refuelling and chilling!! All equally important."
Kapoor rehearsed dance moves for her upcoming film. Dance builds muscle and bone, reduces fat, increases aerobic capacity, lowers blood pressure and improves the ratio of good to bad cholesterol, according to the Harvard Medical School. Moreover, because it responds to music, dance stimulates the brain's reward centers, activates its sensory and motor circuits and can improve balance, gait and quality of life in people with Parkinson's disease and related movement disorders, the school said.
Kapoor is no stranger to the water, as seen in this Instagram post from 2021. Swimming two and a half hours per week can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses, improve the health for people with diabetes and heart disease and halve the risk of death compared with inactive people, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Khushi and Jahvi are sometimes seen riding bikes around town together. Cycling is a low-impact aerobic exercise that strengthens the heart, blood vessels and lungs; builds muscle strength and endurance; and can improve balance and flexibility, according to the Cleveland Clinic.
