Physical: 100, the first Korean survival reality series on Netflix, is officially streaming. On January 24, the first two episodes on the streaming service were released, and a lot of viewers tuned in to see what it was all about. If the top 10 TV shows on Netflix are any indication, Physical: 100 is doing very well for itself.
Created by Jang Ho-gi, Physical: 100 is a reality competition show which follows 100 competitors with varying ages, genders, and physical characteristics. They engage in intense competition with one another to demonstrate their physical prowess and for the chance to claim the title of “most perfect physique.” Of course, the winner will also receive 300 million won ($243,177.90) in cash!

Choo Sarang’s Wiki: The 11-Year-Old Rose to Fame After She Was Cast in ‘The Return of Superman’ When She Was Just 20 Months Old!
Choo Sarang (@choosarang_official) was born on October 24, 2011, to her parents, Choo Sung-hoon (father) and Shiho Yano (mom). She was cast in The Return of Superman in 2013 when she was just 20 months old. The reality TV program follows renowned fathers who are required to look for their children for a day, sometimes over a period of time. Nine years of the show have seen fans witness several of these famous youngsters grow.
Choo Sarang’s daily life in Korea and Japan was covered in the episodes, which were shown over a four-year period. Viewers caught glimpses of the Choo family’s daily activities, such as Sung-hoon taking Sarang to the doctor, swimming lessons, and vacations. Despite Sarang making a cameo appearance in 2018, the Choo family left the show in 2017.
In the special episode in 2018, Shiho Yano mentioned that this was Choo Sarang and her first trip to Seoul in four years. They strolled about Seoul in search of Sarang’s favorite snack, yogurt with little chocolate pieces. Along with Sung-hoon’s martial arts partner, they went to a boxing lesson where they worked up a sweat. Fun fact, the show is still running.
As of now, Choo Sarang is 11 years old. Of course, she has grown, however, her exact height is yet to be revealed. As seen on Instagram, Choo likes to spend time with her parents and travel to different places. Additionally, she also regularly posts pictures of hanging out with her pet dog.
Similarly, the father-daughter duo returned back to our screen in September 2022 as they were cast in another reality show, Now, Follow Me. Choo Sung Hoon (@akiyamachoo) was asked about Sarang’s presence on a TV show years after The Return of Superman during the press conference before the premiere of the show. He explained,
It’s true that I was worried. Sarang is in school now, and because of that, we have to travel back and forth between Japan and Korea to film.
He also added that he wants Choo Sarang to learn the Korean language as she has forgotten the language. He added,
Sarang has forgotten most of her Korean. I use it to speak to her when I can, but she doesn’t have friends around her who speak Korean, so she keeps on forgetting it. It would make me very happy if Sarang can learn Korean again and also learn to love Korean culture.
